Can corroded/leaking pipes be repaired without replacement?
We repair corrosion and leaks by spray-applying chemical-resistant polyurea to the exterior of the pipes.
This is HIGHCOATIC's primary method for localized repair of sections where corrosion or leaks (leakage) have occurred in chemical, seawater, toxic gas, or wastewater pipelines using polyurea spray. With ultra-fast curing, high elongation, and chemical resistance properties, damaged sections are wrapped and reinforced without cutting or replacing the pipes.
What is the installation sequence?
The process proceeds in the following order: Surface Preparation → Primer Application → Polyurea Spraying → Inspection.

- Multi-layer application of chemical-resistant polyurea spray
