1. Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the terms and conditions of use and procedures for the website (https://highcoatic.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Site") operated by HIGHCOATIC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

  • “Site” refers to the website operated by the Company to allow users to access information and consultation request functions provided by the Company.

  • “User” refers to any person who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • “Consultation Request” refers to the act of a user submitting inquiries to the Company through an inquiry or quotation request form.

3. Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms
These Terms and Conditions become effective upon their posting on the Site.
The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions within the scope not violating relevant laws and regulations. In case of amendment, the Company shall announce the effective date and reasons for amendment on the Site at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
If a user does not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions, they may cease using the Site.

4. Services Provided
The Company provides the following services through the Site:

  • Provision of information about the Company, business areas, construction methods, and products handled

  • Guidance on case studies and technical data

  • Receipt of inquiries and quotation requests

The Site does not provide membership registration, online payment, or product sales functions. Actual construction contracts are concluded through separate discussions and contract drafting.

5. Nature of Consultations and Quotations
Quotations, applicability of construction methods, construction periods, etc., provided through the Site are for reference only, based on information provided by the user, and do not create any contractual obligations between the Company and the user.
Accurate quotations and applicable construction methods are determined after on-site surveys and condition assessments and may vary depending on site conditions.
The Company is obligated to respond to consultation requests, but may choose not to respond if the content of the request is irrelevant to its business or is false.

6. User's Obligations
Users must not engage in the following acts:

  • Misappropriating another person's information or providing false information when submitting a consultation request

  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Site (e.g., automated mass requests, vulnerability scanning)

  • Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties

  • Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using the Site's content without the Company's prior consent

7. Intellectual Property Rights
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for documents, images, case studies, technical data, logos, and trademarks posted on the Site belong to the Company or their rightful owners.
Rights regarding trademarks and product information of partners such as NUKOTE and PREMERA belong to their respective owners, and the Company uses them within the scope of legitimate contracts.

8. Materials Submitted by Users
Materials such as drawings and photos attached by users during a consultation request will be used solely for the purpose of consultation and quotation calculation.
The Company will not use such materials for other purposes, such as promotion or portfolios, without the user's prior consent.
If submitted materials include third-party rights, the user is responsible for securing the necessary permissions.

9. Suspension of Service
The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Site due to reasons such as system inspection, equipment maintenance, or communication failures, and will announce such suspensions in advance. However, in cases of unavoidable circumstances, the Company may announce them afterward.

10. Disclaimer
Technical information and figures posted on the Site are based on manufacturer data and test results, and actual results may vary depending on the construction environment.
The Company is not liable if it is unable to provide services due to reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters or communication failures.
The Company is not liable for any damages incurred by users who make their own judgments to carry out construction or use products based solely on the information on the Site. For matters related to construction, please be sure to consult with the Company.
