  • Consultation Channel (Channel Talk) — Information directly entered by the user during the consultation process

  • Automatically Collected Items — Access IP address, Browser type, Access time, Cookies. Used only for service security (prevention of automated registration) and statistical purposes.

The Company does not collect sensitive information such as ideology, beliefs, or health status, nor unique identification information (e.g., resident registration numbers). Please ensure that you do not provide more personal information than necessary when making an inquiry.

3. Purpose of Personal Information Processing
The collected personal information is used only for the following purposes, and consent will be obtained in advance if the purpose changes.

Inquiry and quotation consultation details on the Site are not stored in a separate database and are only transmitted to the Company's representative via email.
The transmitted information will be destroyed within 1 year from the completion of the inquiry response and consultation. However, if a contract is concluded and a business relationship arises, the information will be retained for the period stipulated by relevant laws, such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
Automatically collected access records are retained for 3 months in accordance with the Communications Secrecy Protection Act and then destroyed.

  • Channel Corporation Co., Ltd. (Channel Talk) — Online consultation / Storage Country: Republic of Korea / Transferred Items: Information entered by the user during consultation / Retention Period: Until the purpose of entrustment is achieved

Data subjects may refuse international transfer. If you wish to refuse, please contact us at the inquiry details below, and we will provide consultation through other methods, such as by phone (031-338-3689). However, in this case, the use of online inquiry functions may be restricted.
