We have compiled the most frequently asked questions before inquiries, covering pipe rehabilitation methods, construction conditions, material performance, and quotations. If you cannot find your answer here, please contact us at 031-338-3689.
Company & Certifications
Are your products eco-friendly certified?
All our products are eco-friendly certified for use in drinking water and food facilities. They contain 0% volatile organic compounds (VOCs). We have completed certifications for drinking water and food facility use from relevant authorities in the US, Singapore, Canada, China, and other countries. We also hold ASTM E84 Class 1 flame spread rating certification.
What is HIGHCOATIC's relationship with NUKOTE?

Methods & Construction
What is trenchless pipe rehabilitation?
It is a method of restoring aging pipes by forming a lining inside the pipe without excavation. While pipe replacement requires excavation, trenchless methods utilize existing pipes, eliminating the need for surrounding area control during construction and making them significantly more efficient socially, economically, and in terms of time.
What pipe diameters can be rehabilitated?
We can line pipes ranging from small 4-inch diameters up to 3 meters in diameter, autonomously. Since the 360 Ringtech robotic system is remotely controlled from outside, workers do not need to enter the pipe, ensuring worker safety and more uniform performance.
What is the lining thickness?
It ranges from 19mm to 51mm. Unlike typical coatings which are 1-2mm thick, this thickness forms a structural element inside the pipe, providing the effect of creating a new pipe rather than just simple waterproofing and corrosion prevention.
How do SIPP, CIPP, and PVC lining methods differ?
CIPP is a cured-in-place method used for large pipes. SIPP is a spray-in-place method used for small pipes. PVC lining involves adhering an internal sheet. While most companies specialize in only one method, HIGHCOATIC can handle all three, allowing us to select the optimal method tailored to site conditions.
Products & Performance
What is polyurea?
It is an elastic coating material developed by Texaco in the early 1980s in the United States. It boasts an elongation of over 400%, concrete adhesion of over 3.0 N/mmยฒ, and heat resistance of 120โ for gases and 85โ for liquids. It is widely used for waterproofing, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and corrosion protection.
How does polyurea waterproofing differ from traditional urethane and epoxy?
Its waterproofing performance lasts 3 to 5 times longer than traditional epoxy and urethane. Its tensile strength is approximately 10 times that of general urethane. It cures within 10 seconds, allowing vehicle traffic just 30 minutes after application. It also possesses seismic resistance capable of withstanding Richter scale 7.0 impacts.
Quotation & Consultation
How can I get a quotation?
You can leave your site information on the quotation inquiry page, and a representative will review it and contact you. For pipe rehabilitation, providing the diameter, length, and current condition, and for building waterproofing, providing the area, number of floors, and whether existing waterproofing is present, will enable a more accurate quotation. Phone consultations are available at 031-338-3689.
