Quick-Lock (Uhrig Group)
Reference Technology · Planned for Introduction — Original technology of the German Uhrig Group. Not HIGHCOATIC's own track record or equipment.
Uhrig Group (Germany)'s trenchless pipe partial repair system seals local damage without resin by expanding and locking a stainless steel sleeve. HIGHCOATIC plans to introduce this system. This is a reference technology overview.
About Quick-Lock
Quick-Lock is a trenchless pipe partial repair system developed and manufactured by the German Uhrig Group. It is a mechanical method that uses no resins or chemicals. A stainless steel (SUS) sleeve and a rubber seal are inserted into the damaged area and expanded with a packer, then the built-in locking mechanism engages to permanently fix the sleeve to the inner wall of the pipe.
Since it seals purely by mechanical compression without resin, there is no curing waiting time, and installation is possible even with live flow. Based on manufacturer data, it has a proven lifespan of over 30 years and European Technical Approval (obtained in 2005) from the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt).
Relationship with HIGHCOATIC
HIGHCOATIC references Quick-Lock technology in the field of SUS sleeve-based pipe partial repair and plans to adopt it. Currently, HIGHCOATIC does not possess this equipment nor has its own installation cases. The products, specifications, and certifications introduced on this page are presented as reference technology, not as HIGHCOATIC's achievements or owned equipment.
